Putney flat renovation

Our client reached out to us by the recommendation of our previous client to see if we could help him with a full flat renovation. They were looking for a company which could managed all the aspects in the project. The flat required the new kitchen and bathroom installed, some carpentry and joinery work completed, also painting and decorating work done throughout the house.

The old kitchen was separated by the partition wall which was not a load bearing, so we have decided to demolish the wall in order to open up the space. Once we removed the kitchen, we have realised that all the kitchen appliances were connected under only one circuit which is not safe, so kitchen electrical rewiring took place and 5x separate circuits were installed immediately.

Once the electrical installation was finished, we have rerouted the plumbing to accommodate the new kitchen layout and installed the new kitchen units including a solid oak worktop which later has been coated with natural oil.

The bathroom was ripped out, new waste and water supply installed, all room plastered, waterproofed and tiled. Furthermore new bathtub, wall mounted vanity unit and the radiator installed. Few walls in the room was painted in green colour for the contrast as per client request.

Door and radiator has been replaced trough out the flat. All the walls, ceiling and woodwork painted and decorated.
