Max and Setareh just bought over 100 years old, 150 square metre Edwardian house in Charlton which required a full renovation. This house required a full refresh in terms of painting and decorating, new bathroom and kitchen installation, new flooring, new heating system, multiple repairs throughout the house and updated electrical and plumbing installation.
The house had a massive living room which allowed us to divide this space into 3x and create a cloak room to accommodate a toilet and a wall mounted vanity unit, also we have had enough space to create the utility room to accommodate the boiler and the washing machine with some storage space.
There was a bathroom and a kitchen which had too be fully ripped out to the brick and turned into a modern new spaces. Luxurious wetroom with walk in shower, back to wall toilet, lovely wall mounted vanity unit and a modern looking free stand bathtub was installed. All the room has benefitted from the brass plumbing accessories and the round LED mirror. The kitchen units replaced into the new and the solid worktop with the breakfast bar installed.
Trough out the house we have completely updated all the plumbing and the heating system including the boiler and the radiators, the majority of the electrical system including the consumer unit, the new wiring and the electrical accessories. There was a multiple structural and decorative issues like: rotten joists, falling render and plaster, damp issues and many more which we have rectified.
The new wooden flooring, carpet, new skirting boards and doors was installed, some of the woodwork as the door frames and the stairs was repaired and restored. All the walls and the ceilings painted in white to brighten up the house.
